AFRI-XR brings interactive 3D, AR and VR lessons to African classrooms. Teachers assign them, students explore on a phone, a computer or a headset, and progress comes back to the school.
Organised by the subjects schools already teach.
A textbook shows one angle. An experience lets learners turn the object over, open it up and try things for themselves.

On a supported phone or tablet, View in AR stands the scene on a desk or the floor, at table size or real size, so learners can walk around it.

With a compatible VR headset the same experience opens all around the learner. A headset is optional, never required.

Teachers add written or spoken instructions, steps that move the view to the right place, and a quiz at the end.
Download an experience in the AFRI-XR app for computers and Android phones, then open it later with no connection.
The lessons, classes and people named on this page are examples of how AFRI-XR is used, not entries from the live library.
Open experiences in a browser, in the AFRI-XR app or in a VR headset. The library can be filtered by the device you have.

Lessons run in the phone's browser, and supported phones can place them in the room with AR. The Android app adds downloads.

A larger screen for building experiences, following a class and showing a lesson to the whole room.

Step inside the experience on a headset whose browser supports WebXR.
Teachers start from experiences that have already been built and reviewed, then make them their own. No coding.

Switch the view to see the difference. Not every experience needs a headset.

Creators can also publish experiences built in Unity. They open in the browser and in the apps.
Download experiences to the AFRI-XR app, keep learning with no connection, and let progress sync when the connection returns.
AFRI-XR connects the people who build immersive lessons with the schools and learners who use them. Select a stage to see what happens there.
Tricsoft reviews school registrations, checks content before it is published and keeps the service running.
Invited creators build experiences in the editor or in Unity and submit them for review.
School admins set up classes, approve teachers and students, confirm guardian consent and manage the subscription by student seats.
Teachers turn library content into lessons. Students join with a class code and learn in class, at home or offline.
